Shanda illuminates a path towards freedom, hope, healing, and authenticity. She uses relatable language and a wealth of inspirational wisdom to help make sense of the human experience in healing emotional and relational wounding. Shanda’s voice is soothing and relatable. She reminds me of what it means to experience felt safety in relationships. It is as if I am sitting across from her in a living room having a conversation. Heddy offers a beautiful reflection and conversational element to the podcast as a holder of space and reflection of those who share their stories. Thank you for all you do to make this valuable resource available to the world.

I particularly loved the episode on Emotional Nutrition with Marty Babitz! These are such vulnerable, open, curious conversations that are so important to model for the larger community. #TherapyThursday is my fave!

I don’t usually leave podcast reviews and to be honest, many are ok but have something that irritates me (like the host yammers on about unrelated subjects, or uses too many filler words). I’m still sitting in my driveway listening after 4 episodes. I’m a huge fan now. And thank you!
