    Ep 18. Discernment, Opposite of Judgment pt 2

    An observation with ego is called judgment, an observation without ego is called discernment or analytical observation. I use to do this Judgment test with myself because what you do little is what you do big. I made sure I wouldn’t judge anything big or small and eventually it led me to be more aware of when I would judge moments that I could possibly regret later. Try this exercise for the sake of your closest relationships 🙏🏾  Share with someone who is unintentionally holding a relationship up because of unhealthy judgment, discernment is healthy judgment 😊🙏🏾  Hit me up if it seems to be difficult and I will help you through the experience
