A photography podcast bringing creativity to people who find it difficult. Film Photography will probably get talked about quite a bit, but creativity is gear agnostic.... Well, I think it is anyway. Email me at theordinaryphotographer@outlook.com

    Episode 63: Authenticity

Authenticity. Is it important? I think so, which is why I criticise a lot. Maybe I shouldn't. Fancy a recorded chat? Take control out of my hands by emailing me at theordinaryphotographer@outlook.com. It'll be fun, I promise. At the very least, it won't be what you expect... Thanks for listening folks. It means a lot.

Episode 62: An Ordinary Photographer: Paul N

A fascinating chat with a fascinating photographer who clearly thinks quite deeply about the subjects he approaches. Paul's work is on Flickr: https://www.flickr.com/photos/gentleman_rook/ His exhibition, which was talked about will probably run for one month from Sept 7th until, likely, the 28th. The gallery is at 111 South 3rd St Leesville, Louisiana, 71446. If you'd like to come on the show for a chat, email me at theordinaryphotographer@outlook.com

Episode 61: An Ordinary Photographer: Paul M

Another chat with an ordinary photographer. This time it's Paul's turn to discuss pollution porn, half man half biscuit, and camera clubs. If that isn't clickbaity I don't know what is. Paul can be found here: Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/paulemorgan/ Flickr: https://www.flickr.com/photos/paulmorj/ (You can see the wire wool spinning photo on his Flickr) Holmes Chapel Photographic Society (if you want to swell their numbers!): https://hcphotographicsociety.org.uk/

Episode 60: An Ordinary Photographer: Sam

A chat with Sam Knight, host of the Photography Musings podcast, and thoroughly nice chap. If I was competent I'd be able to summarise what we talked about, but it went a bit all over the place, so you'll have to listen to find out. See Sam's work: Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/samsphotographiclife/ Flickr: https://flickr.com/photos/78462534@N04/ And listen to the podcast: https://samwellknight.podbean.com/ If you want to chat, and you're an ordinary photographer with opinions on things, (especially if you're triggered by anything we said,) come and have a chat too! Email me at theordinaryphotographer@outlook.com with your time difference from GMT and what you want to talk about. Thanks again Sam!

Episode 58: Film Stuff, Pentax 17, Rollei 35AF and Cheap Ilford FP4!

Please do your research!

    Episode 57: Zines & Infrared

I'm back with something to say. Just a thought about zines with a minor rant towards AI and thoughts about AI content going forward. Followed by a more minor rant about infrared photography and how hard it is on film. Less editing on this one as I CBA. Complaints as usual to theordinaryphotographer@outlook.com

Episode 56: How to make a zine

I'm not sure if I've been through this before but after making "Poultry In Motion", I thought I'd try and collate my thoughts into something cohesive. A process for how I make my zines. Not necessarily the right way, or the best way, just "a" way. How do you do yours? theordinaryphotographer@outlook.com
