Idol Chat

It’s been almost a year and each week I find myself waiting for the episode to drop. He’s found a way to make each episode interesting. The games that Bess & him play are super fun and entertaining. Her sense of humor is so different that I find myself literally “LOL”. If you haven’t listened yet, you won’t regret it. If you have listened, then you understand what I’m talking about.

The interviews aren’t even interviews they’re straight up conversations between a couple of buddies. The Chit Chat episodes are so much fun. They are silly, informative, full of puns and jokes. Jonny and Bessy’s chemistry is so good. The there’s the “Final Three” (pew pew pew pew pew) a great concept.

Great conversational, interview-style podcast. Interesting and varied guests. The tangential stories are such a treat and I love the Final Three concept!

Among those in Western Massachusetts who have seen him perform on the many stages on which he has stood (singer, guitarist, wrestler, DJ, emcee), it is well known that Jonathan Idol is a gifted entertainer. Jonathan is a friend to all, and he possesses the rare ability to connect with audiences. The podcast medium, which succeeds when it is at its most personal, is the perfect stage for Jonathan and the cast of characters he introduces. The podcast is literally a casual conversations at the dining room table, where stories are told, memories shared, and hopes and dreams expressed. Episodes are a reflection of Jonathan's interests, in which at first you might not be interested. Stick with it and you'll find yourself laughing along, because Idol Chat is not really about a subject or interest, but about friendship and the good times it brings.
