    The business model you need to scale your coaching business while balancing your priorities at home as a mom

    There is too much “guessing” going on in your business right now Mama… You’re “guessing” what to create content on, instead of having a real marketing strategy.You’re “guessing” why you’re struggling to make sales, instead of collecting data to uncover the real problem.You're "guessing" what to do everyday instead of having a clear task list that moves you forward and helps you be efficient with your time.You’re “guessing” what you need to scale your business, instead of hiring the coach to help teach you the strategy you need.     What you SHOULD and SHOULD NOT invest in to scale to $5k-$10k months

    While I am ALWAYS big on investing in coaching, mentors and programs for your business - that doesn’t mean you should be investing willy nilly into coach. You want to choose the right coach, the right program, the right support, and the right investment for your goals and life. And as a business owner it’s not JUST coaches that you are investing in, it's also other purchases like websites, team members, ads, random $97 courses here and there, logos, and so on. Some investments are crucial for your success in business and balance in life as a mom, but some are straight up a waste of your time and money.     My schedule running my business at home with young kids in summer versus fall

    It is SO important for you to be able to see what it really looks like BTS of my business and life as a mama running a multi-6 figure business (and truly serving my clients) while keeping motherhood and my two girls at the top of my priority list. I get messages all the time from mommy coaches like.. "It seems like you have so much time with your kids all day, is it really like that?" Or, "I am working so much and I'm home with my kids but I feel like I am just trying to keep them busy all day so I can work, there is no way I can scale and add more. I feel SO guilty." So if you ever wonder or feel those things, let me encourage you.. YES, I work hard in my business, but I have a lot of time with my kids every day because of the way I structure my days and business specifically FOR mom life, and you can too. If you're working 8-10 hours day Mon-Fri and working weekends and feel like you're never truly present with your kids and that KILLS you, but also you don't want to quit your business - there is a better way to build your business. You don't have to burn it all down, you just have to build it differently. In this episode I share what my schedule looks like running a multi-6 figure coaching business while at home with two young kids, AND how I am adjusting it as we go from summer to fall.     What I DID and DID NOT do to build this business and life

    Currently, I make multi 6 figures in my business, with low expenses (high profit), working 15-20 hours a week and with 1-5 calls on my calendar MAX per week, all while at home full time with a 4 and 7 year old, homeschooling, and being the involved and joyful mama I want to be at home. I can truly say that I built that "vision board" holistic success that I wanted as a young adult (so cool!). While there are a LOT of different ways to build a successful coaching business on paper - not all of those business models and strategies support the holsitic success you want as a mom.     A BTS look at the graduation form I send clients (and why you need one)

    I have a graduation form that I send clients in ALL of my live programs. I mean ALL live programs where I coach clients directly, whether it is a core program like The Joyful MAMA Coach or The Business Mama INSIDER, or a sprinter course like Moms Summer Of Sales or The Mom Boss Minimind. Graduations forms collect key data that we need for program design, marketing, client success, etc and they help clients realy reflect on wins, results and the program itself.     5 step process to choose your next business coaching investment (the right way)
