While most are willing to show others compassion in their trials, it can be difficult to show to ourselves - when we need it most. How we feel about ourselves, especially in the face of difficulties, deeply impacts nearly every area of our lives. Our ability to manage, mitigate, problem solve, endure, energy, and focus are all helped or hindered by the amount, or lack thereof, of kindness and self-compassion we provide ourselves. Nurturing our soul instills hope, fosters growth, and promotes healing.
