As a parent who also adopted from foster care, I was looking forward to this podcast. Listened to their most recent episode and their child’s adoption day and the topic was only a brief aside. They constantly mentioned not wanting to brag or sound entitled, but that is exactly how it came across. Won’t listen again.

I found this podcast recently and have binged almost every episode! My husband and I are foster parents and it’s so nice to hear Alex and Joel be so relatable. I’m not involved in any support groups so it’s very helpful to hear the ups & downs of their experience as well as their tips. Thank you for starting this podcast, I love it!

Just love your podcast, I have started listening to your podcast last week and started with 1 now on 29th. My family are in the Helena , Alabama and have been foster going in 6 years now . I love your updates and the guest speakers you have. I fill like I have learned so much already to help loving on our Bonus children better . Thank you again
