This podcast is an extension of our sacred community space at Mountain Hollow Medicinals in Craftsbury, Vermont. It was born out of a gathering in our yurt during an in-person course when we collectively realized that we needed to reach a wider audience to share the incredible magic that so many healers, practitioners, teachers, and space holders offer here in Vermont, New England, and beyond.     The Clairsenses and Intuition Development with Sarah Young - Part 2

    In today's episode I reconnect with Sarah Young from Spirited Places for part two of her podcast series on intuition development.     Through The Veil: Spirit Stories As Hedgewalkers with Diana Hansen, Kristy Scott & Sarah Young.

    In the spirit of the thinning veil in October through Samhain and Halloween, we thought we would come together and share some of our experiences with spirits and ghosts of places.     The Season of the Subconscious with Diana Hansen

    A Personal Journey with Peony - Transformative Herbalism with Diana Hansen

    In this podcast episode I share my experience with Peony (Paeonia officinalis). Unlike the tea meditations this was an in person exchange during a photoshoot with a my favorite fine art photographer @secretgardenwalden in her 35 year old perennial gardens. Her photographs of me and her lucious peonies are the next two slides so you can get a visual of what I was talking about in the episode. This plant has supported me mostly energetically but also physically with hormone balance.     Clinical Herbalism and the Compounding Apothecary with Megan Matthers

    Today I had the distinct pleasure of speaking to and learning from Megan Matthers, owner and head Clinical Herbalist at Heart Hand Land Apothecary in Northern Vermont. Megan is a clinically trained herbalist, medicine maker and conscious wild crafter. She grew up in the foothills of the Sierra Nevada’s where she spent many years exploring the bio regions of Northern California, Nevada and the mountain west. She now resides on Abenaki land in Northeastern Vermont with her family. Megan runs Heart Hand Land, an herbal apothecary that fills formulas for practitioners, provides educational opportunities and is growing into so much more. Megan’s goal within her community is to use herbalism to promote health and create stronger community, build trust in ourselves, our neighbors, and the natural world right outside our doors.     A Personal Journey with Motherwort - Transformative Herbalism with Diana

    In this episode I talk about Motherwort (Leonurus cardiaca) and all of the amazing ways this plant is such a good herbal ally for so many of us. My journey with Motherwort came at the most needed time, after a deeply disturbing experience I had with a dark energy on land in the most unassuming place. I talk about this without going into too much depth and rather spoke more about how Motherwort supported me strongly during such a traumatic moment.     Reclaiming our Center - Healing and Cultivating Community in Birth with Saturn Roblee

    In this episode I speak with Saturn Roblee who offers incredible support through the childbearing year, intuitive coaching, prenatal & postnatal yoga, moon cycle support and community support to new families. Saturn covers a variety of important things in her incredible offerings so we tried to touch upon some important issues in the current time as well as her story in how she came to this particular work in her community. This discussion is very important to me, as I myself have grief around so many of these experiences that has gone untouched, unshared, and unprocessed. There is such a lack of guidance for women as we walk the journey to childbearing, birth, and so many of the experiences that come with this. As women we move through so many rites of passage and I just truly admire Saturn's work in supporting us all.
