    Life is going to happen whether you like it or not. However, You can change how you feel about it.

    This episode represents how through so much pain, bitterness and disappointment, I turned these experiences into teachable moments. I am not my past. I am simply an observer of those events. I no longer allow my past to define me. I use it as a powerful tool to make sound decisions and set really great intentions. When you figure out what you don’t want you are that much closer to getting what you do want. I now fully trust my intuition and my gut. The gut is your internal GPS system. It guides you down the path to spiritual freedom and growth. This happens through practice. We watch what we eat, what we put into our bodies. We go to church but we rarely pay attention to our emotional bodies. If we work out our emotions we can no longer hold others captive and responsible for what we THINK they did to us. We can take full responsibility for our lives. We can take that Pain and turn it into Our Power. That’s why this episode is called Tragic to Magic. Let’s take this journey together. Namaste’
