    Emotional Constipation (A MUST LISTEN, MAMA!)

    Okay, maybe I had too much fun naming this episode, but the message is true AF! This is important, Mama! When was the last time you held in an emotion and pretended you were okay? When was the last time you thought down on yourself for feeling a certain way? As single moms, it's easy to bypass the less desirable emotions (anger, sadness, etc.) so we can keep pushing forward. But, when we really take the time to honor every emotion and honor every need of that emotion, our ability to experience pleasure & fulfillment has a clear playing field to play.     Hello, hello, hello! I am so happy you joined us, today! As everything going on in the world, with the COVID-19 Virus, I wanted to use this episode to bring a little bit of light back into some places you may be feeling fearful or doubtful over.  There is so much chatter in the media right now, telling us what to do, how we should feel, and how we should be handling all of this. But, I believe there is a much greater purpose to this all happening! As a society, (especially as single moms), we've lost touch with our own power to create what me need, want, and desire and have given our power away in trusting our intuitions. This point in time is a wake up call, Mamas! We are being woken up to our own power to trust our own answers, ideas, and ability to create what we need and want. No longer does it depend on societal rules and standards. Now, more than ever, we are being called to deeply trust our intuitions. And as a single mom, this is going to be essential!
