She hid her personality accepting that people didn’t like the ‘real her'. Since then a big jump into the unknown led her to becoming a single parent (and friends with her ex! Heck yeah!). On her own she created a 6 figure business in just over 6 months. She now is the owner of multiple successful businesses, she had become an expert in her industry and has found a way to create happiness through her passion and vision.     In this episode Kamila shares some of the great progress her SA mentees have been making in the last few months.     Using Social Media to Grow YOUR Business!

    Kamila reflects on the sacrifices that are made by any entrepreneur when they are building their business and explains why finding a balance between the journey and destination is vital. It can be easy to get lost in your business and then begin to assume this all-consuming focus is normal but no one should be on a continuous cycle of giving to their business without taking the time to step back, pause and look after themselves as part of the journey.     The 5 Second Countdown

    ‘What stands between you and the goals you want to achieve?’ Kamila is exploring why procrastination stops you from achieving the things you want. Individuals are not procrastinators  they have a habit of procrastinating and when you have a habit you can break it, it must not be used as an excuse. Breaking a habit successfully is about having a different process and alternative actions to take and the 5-second countdown is an effective way to break the habit of procrastination. If you stop procrastinating you can change your life and achieve the success you want. Listen in and hear Kamila explain how you can stop lying to yourself and get on with it.   KEY TAKEAWAYS Procrastination is a form of stress relief and stops you from moving forward. When you overcome a problem, it means you are ready to deal with the next one.
