What a great podcast. I identify so much with you. Sounds like we have the same sick mom. I am 67 and my miserable mother is still trying dominate me at age 94. I have a special needs child too he is 30 year old. I have to protect him from her.

Whereeee is the social media for your show? I just want to hug you. You are making a difference. Sharing your painful story has to be hard and many don’t understand. The people who “get” this are the ones who need it. Ignore everyone else.

I'm new to your podcast but I was really drawn to the title. You're experiences have really been helpful. Thank you for having the courage to share. I grew up with a toxic mother as well and they never change. We are just old enough to recognize it and try to heal from all of the pain. Thank you for sharing ❤️
