San Antonio was a ROUSING success for everyone involved! The SSA did a phenomenal job handling the action and coordinating the events. HUGE hats off to Timmy D., Carol, and the rest of the crew! 🤠👏 🎲 Next Stop: LAS VEGAS! Now it’s time to join Inside Self Storage (ISS) as they celebrate their 35th Anniversary right where it all began! There will be over 250 vendors and upwards of 4,000 attendees bringing the house down. 📻 SPECIAL EARLY RELEASE: We are planning a massive special show that goes live on April 8th—one day EARLIER than usual! 🐰 The Easter Weekend Lineup: We are absolutely NOT taking it easy on the tunes this week.     EVERYBODY WANTED A HUGG IN THE ALAMO CITY! 🫂🔥 We just got back from an absolutely INCREDIBLE SSA Spring Conference in San Antonio, and let me tell you, the energy was off the charts! 📈 Safehugg.com was proud to sponsor two MASSIVE events: the Manager’s Forum on Wednesday and the Women’s Council on Thursday. Both were huge successes, and almost ALL of our Hugg notebooks were snatched up! 📓 The absolute highlight?     Headline: EPIC BELATED BIRTHDAY BASH & UNBELIEVABLE SURPRISES! 🎂⚡️ My belated birthday show was an absolute ROCKER, and the universe delivered some mind-blowing presents this year! 🤯 👖 Blast from the Past: My lifelong friend Doug Casner called and completely FLOORED me—he found a vintage Strider Pant Company bag! Back in my late 20s and early 30s, my great pal Hud Jones, his mom Lois, and I owned two Levi's stores down in El Paso, TX. Our buddy "Joe Ocho" designed this bag, and it was so ICONIC people would take it home just to stare at it. I haven’t seen one in over 40 YEARS! (Hey, Big L—our producer extraordinaire—if you still have the picture, please drop it in this post! 👇) 🖼️ A Handmade Masterpiece: Next up, my long-time pal and killer drummer Andre Bonaguidi sent me a handmade, signed print created by his sister, Linda R. He only sent these out to 4 or 5 of his closest pals, and let me tell you, it is an absolute BEAUTY! ✨ Honestly, my birthday was already PERFECT before I even hit the studio... and I think this makes EIGHT birthdays celebrated right here behind the mic! 🎙️🥳 🤘 Rockers Helping Rockers: For the music, we are featuring tracks from Silver Patron Saints—an incredible benefit album put together for rocker Jesse Malin, who is recovering from a very rare spinal stroke. Heavyweights like Billie Joe from Green Day, Bruce Springsteen, Spoon, and many more joined forces to raise money for Jesse’s medical bills.
