    LUST versus LOVE - How to tell the difference.

    I have some jems from my obsession with a boy and how I thought I was totally in love. What I came to find out is... I was totally in codependency and creating a very story about him that was completely artificial and incorrect. It is me talking to myself and reconciling on my experiences now that I am in a strong and ground relationship that is centered on friendship first and has no codependent ties. I hope you enjoy!     The Power of dismantling your blocks

    Whats on the other side of Uncaging? FREEDOM - This episode is on being inside and witnessing your pain and what recognizing it and acknowledging can do to the degree and focus of dismanteling it. Your own power & wisdom and innate ability to overcome lack or lesser than ABUNDANT self mindset comes from practicing self work and doing that self analysis.

    Tantrums...are critical.

    Ok loves this work is Hard as heck and it's a raw experience that deserves to be dropped into completely. I am here with you and willing to be in the arena everytime too. that is how you know you have a sister with you. I get pretty real in my own jour ey here and share why I believe letting the drop into tantrum and allowing the younger angry sad depressed pissed off and mad self come out to be released is critical work and worth it completely - We are QUEEENS!
