    79. Do less if you want to earn more. Don’t Burn Down Your Business bc You’re bored

    What if making more money in your business didn’t require creating more offers, posting more content, adding more services or somehow finding another 17 hours in your week? Because one of the biggest patterns I’ve seen after years of building my own businesses, supporting clients and watching the people around me scale is this: The businesses that really start to take off always get simpler — not bigger.     78. I Thought I Built My Business for Motherhood... I Was Wrong

    For years, I believed I had intentionally built my business for motherhood. I worked from home. I had flexibility. I wasn't tied to a 9-5. I had recurring revenue, evergreen offers, and systems that allowed me to travel freely and work on my own terms. Then I had my son. And immediately, I realized I had completely misunderstood what it actually means to build a business that supports motherhood. In this episode, I'm sharing the biggest business lesson I've learned during my first three months as a mom, why having flexibility wasn't enough, and how motherhood forced me to reevaluate every part of my marketing strategy, business model, and definition of freedom.
