Love this cast of reviewers so much! I am a weirdo who came to know the Geekly-verse by way of this show, which I found by searching for Naruto pods—this was by far the best one out there. Kym, Jessy, Josh and Tim are the best at appreciating, critiquing, and lovingly making fun of the program we know as Naruto. As a queer elder gen Z anime newbie, I appreciate the cast’s excellent background knowledge of the genre and Naruto specifically, as well as their constant affirmation of just how forking gay the anime/manga is—not just Naruto and Sasuke, but almost every character except Shikamaru lol. This support is exactly what I needed when I went looking for a Nart pod. Whether you are re-watching, watching for the first time, or haven’t watched at all, these guys will do you right and keep you laughing. Thank you to the hosts for all your hard work getting through this behemoth of a show, and keep up that Hiruzen hate <3

When I found this podcast I was just looking for a new anime podcast and I am so grateful I did. It has become my nightly comfort podcast and always puts in me a good place. My only regret is not having found it when it started, but now I get to binge as I please. Thank you guys for all you do.

I just found this podcast and listened to the Naruto Shippuden episode 1-3 review. I actually was laughing out loud and relating to everything that was being said. As someone who doesn’t have friends who are into anime/naruto it was so fun and relatable to hear your hilarious and uncensored opinions. I’ll definitely keep listening!
