Choosing YOU is the most selfless thing you can do

There are 4 Stages to a Habit.   Unconscious Incompetence, Conscious Incompetence, Conscious Competence, Unconscious Competence.  Active Choices is about the energy we bring to our decisions that help us move from Conscious Incompetence to Conscious Competence.  We make the Active Choice to build habits that help create the best life possible. When we do all of this we must do this in congruency with 3 important laws of the universe.  The Law of Action, the Law of Vital Action, and the Law of the Vacuum.  These 3 laws govern our results far more than we realize.  When we know these laws and and shape our actions accordingly we can have massive results. Everything that we choose to do in life will take energy.  The fastest and most important way we can ever create energy is to "Choose You".  To make an Active Choice to do something that puts positive energy into ourselves.  As we do this, and it becomes a habit we become better versions of ourselves and we are able to serve  the people that are important to us, and ultimately the world.  Choosing You ultimately becomes the most selfless thing that you can do.
