    Mudita simply means being happy in the wellbeing or success of others. Often times we find ourselves not being completely happy for others - or we are as long as it is tied to our own level of happiness or success. on this episode I talk about how to change from that mindset and truly be happy for others and watch how abundance flows into our lives. I also touch a bit on the link between active gratitude and Mudita and how I managed to get there on most days.

    7: Karma & Accountability

    Karma is sometimes viewed as punishment for something done in the past coming back to haunt us. I see it more as an accounting system - it registers everything, deposits and withdrawals. It's what guides me to do the things I do in the way I do them and taking responsibility for them. Listen as I give you a short story of a conversation I had with my dad about karma and how it affects me today.
