Today’s episode features Dr. Shishir Maithel. Dr. Maithel is a hepatobiliary surgeon, professor of surgery, and chief of the division of Surgical Oncology at a Northwestern University. He holds multiple national leadership positions, including as chair of the gastrointestinal surgery working group of ECOG and a member of the scientific and medical advisory board of the international cholangiocarcinoma research network.
