Social Anxiety

Waiting for episode 2! I’m an adult here with social anxiety. It gets better. There is so much help out there now thanks to social media. However, when I was about your age, I read a lot of books. The most helpful was “Painfully Shy.” I forget who it’s by, but if you Google it, it’s by Barbara something. I’ve probably tried every social anxiety program out there. Currently I’m checking out “Awkward to Awesome.” Love it so far. And I love that you started this podcast. Something not everyone has the courage to do. If it gets to where it seems it’s impossible, just remember, maybe you need to get to where it’s impossible so that you can overcome it, and tell others it’s possible to make it out of the impossible. Can’t wait to hear more of your story. The world needs to hear it.

You may not feel it, but doing this is incredibly brave and you are a very brave person. I hope you keep talking, and please know that there are so many people out here who feel the same way you do. Thank you for speaking your truth.

I get the fight so much. It’s so hard. You’re so amazing, I hear it in your voice and in what you’re saying. It’ll get better, I hope you live a life full of happiness, growth, and self love, as well as being loved by many others.
