THE SHELF LIFE is a short-form podcast sitcom about Blue Cat Books, a small independent bookstore in a quaint, American town, and the store's owner, Edwin Charles, as he deals with the daily nuisance of his customers and neighbors.

    Welcome to Blue Cat Books. Running a bookstore would be heaven—if it weren't for the customers. From Kindle-crazy callers to regular readers like Mrs. Larson and her daughter, owner Edwin Charles just wants to be left alone. But when a mysterious stranger shows up with a bombshell secret for Vincent Hughes, Edwin's friend and the owner of the coffee shop next door, it's clear that Edwin's life is about to change…whether he wants it to or not.
