Welcome to this week's podcast. We’re on part 4 of our series around 70 Times 7! This week's focus is; P.U.S.H: Pray Until Something Happens. 🙏🏻❤️ .... Sometimes the greatest growth doesn’t happen in our victories; it happens in how we respond to our difficulties. .... What if the challenges we face aren’t just obstacles to overcome, but opportunities for God to purify our hearts and shape our character? .... “Consider it a sheer gift, friends, when tests and challenges come at you from all sides. You know that under pressure, your faith-life is forced into the open and shows its true colors. So don’t try to get out of anything prematurely. Let it do its work so you become mature and well-developed, not deficient in any way.” (James 1:2-4 Mess) .... 'But I say to you, love [that is, unselfishly seek the best or higher good for] your enemies and PRAY FOR THOSE who persecute you, so that you may [show yourselves to] be the children of your Father who is in heaven; for He makes His sun rise on those who are evil and on those who are good, and makes the rain fall on the righteous [those who are morally upright] and the unrighteous [the unrepentant, those who oppose Him]. ' Matthew 5:44-45 AMP .... 'Never repay anyone evil for evil. Take thought for what is right and gracious and proper in the sight of everyone. Beloved, never avenge yourselves, but leave the way open for God’s wrath [and His judicial righteousness]; for it is written [in Scripture], “Vengeance is M ine , I will repay ,” says the Lord. “But if your enemy is hungry , feed him ; if he is thirsty , give him a drink ; for by doing this you will heap burning coals on his head .” Do not be overcome and conquered by evil, but overcome evil with good.' Romans 12:17,19-21 AMP .... “But a person must [prayerfully] examine himself [and his relationship to Christ], and only when he has done so should he eat of the bread and drink of the cup. For anyone who eats and drinks [without solemn reverence and heartfelt gratitude for the sacrifice of Christ], eats and drinks a judgment on himself if he does not recognize the body [of Christ]. That [careless and unworthy participation] is the reason why many among you are weak and sick, and a number sleep [in death]. But if we evaluated and judged ourselves honestly [recognizing our shortcomings and correcting our behavior], we would not be judged.” 1 Corinthians 11:28-31 AMP …. Join us as we climb the mountain of forgiveness together with the goal of being cleansed, corrected, and new victorious and free life released within us🔥❤️🦋
