Just Diagnosed: An Adult Woman's ADHD Journey

This was so refreshing for me to hear. Also, she is a very good storyteller and I got a really good picture of her family life and how she went through high school and college. I think trying to work against yourself is so hard. I totally agree with having a self attitude that you’re never enough, or adequate or doing it right. I recognized lifelong behaviors that I’ve always had. And felt so much better since someone else went through them too. I’m in my 60s and don’t know if I should consider medication. Thank you for your honesty! now if I can just clean my house up and keep it that !way!!

I am searching for information to help me understand my adult child who displays many ADHD behaviors. Kate does a good job describing her challenges and her commitment to making changes that enable her to operate more successfully in all areas of life. She is courageous and I appreciate her vulnerability. I learned a lot. Thanks Kate!
