    Epsiode 19: Room for Surprises

    Epsiode 19: Room for Surprises

Cynthia illustrates through two examples how simple and joyful it is to leave space for surprises.

She takes you right into the Heart of the Unknown. The Unknown simply IS, reality itself. Nobody knows what is going on right now and nobody knows what will happen tomorrow. Why? Because things are constantly changing- However, we have the illusion of control and knowing.

Leaving space for surprises means to re- cognize that you don't have to create something new. Everything is always new, since it is always changing. When we let go into the newness of every moment, our Heart rejoices and we feel truly alive. We forget ourselfs.

Join Cynthia in this podcast and discover yourself room for surprises and wonder in the everyday life. And find out that new is truly better than known.

Episode 18: Find Space and Freedom, No More Me, Me, Me!

Episode 18: Find Space and Freedom, No More Me, Me, Me!

What would it be like to respond to life without the interpretation and projection of the separate self?  Cynthia speaks about the separate self in a way that it is the 'middle man' filter that we see and project our experience from. Another way to see the 'middle man' filter is to recognize that the middle man is ego, is the focus of 'me' -  me' being the story that you create through the identification of thought and feeling.  The filter of the middle man is what causes us suffering, liberation from me, me, me is the recognition of freedom prior to the filter of the middle man! Join Cynthia as she dissects this habit.

Episode 17: What Does It Mean to Embrace Life As It Is?

Episode 17: What Does It Mean to Embrace Life As It Is?

This podcast is a talk from Cynthia’s recent webinar “What Does It Mean to Embrace Life As It Is?”. Most people are constantly trying to change or avoid the experience they are having, which results in a state of discontent and a feeling of something is always wrong.  If you look, you might notice that throughout your day you want your experience to be different then it is.  Our ideas of what we should feel and experience are all coming from conditioned beliefs so we end up running towards those beliefs and away from the beauty of what is already the case.  This podcast is about seeing this habit, letting thoughts and emotions  rise and fall away without pushing them away or trying to change them. The moment that you accept your discontent or non-inspiration – that’s the moment it is transmuted into content and inspiration. Change your relationship to your experience and you can change your quality of life.

Epsiode 16: Beyond Fear, Find Your Heart and Your Voice

Epsiode 16: Beyond Fear, Find Your Heart and Your Voice

Cynthia speaks about taking more responsibility for the decisions we make in our lives.  Most of the time we think we don't want people to tell us what to do but underneath we find ourselves indecisive or in avoidance of what is happening. Are we open to new ideas or ideas outside of our conditioned beliefs?  Or are we afraid to step beyond the barriers of these beliefs?  If we are then we are allowing fear to inform our decisions or our lack of decisions, we are allowing conditioning to rule our lives.  This podcast is a call to go beyond fear, to listen to the Spiritual Heart that is beating in you, find your true voice and then have the courage to use it.

    Episode 15: Riding the Storm!

    Episode 15: Riding the Storm!

In this episode, Cynthia takes you right into the storm: where everything is changing. Inevitably there are hard times in life and challenging moments during the day. How we relate to the intensity of change will determine how much you suffer. Usually  when times get 'stormy' we run away from the emotional ups and downs of our experience. Why do we do this?  It is because we have ideas of what is enjoyable and what is not? We have ideas that I should feel a certain way and when I don't I think something is wrong.

Cynthia breaks down the cycle of suffering when you refuse to ride the storm of Life.  She invites you to open up to the possibility that everything is as it is,  the essence of the storm of Life when it is calm or when it is rocky is all the same.  It is all God/Consciousness/Spirit. Cynthia guides you through different perspectives to help you see life beauty and love in all aspects of the human experience. She also gives you a simple exercise to start the ride.

Come and join her for another beautiful episode.
