    The discussion over what aspect of our diet has been driving the escalation of metabolic disease over the last 100 years has been a confusing one full of contradictory information. However, only a few years ago, this was not the case. After suffering a family trauma, Meg developed an eating disorder to cope with her emotions. After years of suffering compounded by the effects of a vegan lifestyle, Meg and her health hit rock bottom.  After professional rehab and switching to an animal based dietary lifestyle, things began to turn around for Meg.
