    Navigating health tips for Covid-19 - hot beverages and zinc

    There are so many (too many) resources and people talking about Covid-19, but not enough info from people living in situation. In addition to washing hands and not touching your face, consuming hot water and zinc is helpful. Have outside clothes vs inside clothes, and stay calm.
