Being Assertive (ವಿಶ್ವಾಸಾತ್ಮಿಕವಾಗಿ ಧ್ರಢಪಡಿಸುವ)

Being assertive means being able to stand up for your own or other people's rights in a calm and positive way, without being either aggressive or passively accepting 'wrong'. ವಿಶ್ವಾಸಾತ್ಮಿಕವಾಗಿ ಧ್ರಢಪಡಿಸುವ ಎಂದರೆ ಆಕ್ರಮಣಕಾರಿ ಅಥವಾ ನಿಷ್ಕ್ರಿಯವಾಗಿ 'ತಪ್ಪನ್ನು' ಸ್ವೀಕರಿಸದೆ, ನಿಮ್ಮ ಸ್ವಂತ ಅಥವಾ ಇತರ ಜನರ ಹಕ್ಕುಗಳಿಗಾಗಿ ಶಾಂತ ಮತ್ತು ಸಕಾರಾತ್ಮಕ ರೀತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ನಿಲ್ಲಲು ಸಾಧ್ಯವಾಗುತ್ತದೆ.

Why did you spill the coffee? ನಿಮ್ಮ ಕಪ್ಪಿನಿಂದ ಕಾಫಿ ಏಕೆ ಚಲ್ಲಿತು?

You are holding a cup of coffee when someone comes along and bumps into you or shakes your arm, making you spill your coffee everywhere.*_ Why did you spill the coffee? "Well because someone bumped into me, of course!" *Wrong answer.* You spilled the coffee because there was _coffee_ in your cup. Had there been tea in the cup, you would have spilled _tea_. *Whatever is inside the cup, is what will spill out.* Therefore, when life comes along and shakes you (which WILL happen), whatever is inside you will come out. _It's easy to fake it, until you get rattled._ *So we have to ask ourselves... _"what's in my cup?"_* When life gets tough, what spills over? Joy, gratefulness, peace, and humility? Or anger, bitterness, harsh words, and reactions? A limiting belief is something you believe to be true that limits you in some way. The limiting belief could be about you, other people or the world. ಸೀಮಿತಗೊಳಿಸುವ ನಂಬಿಕೆಯು ನಿಮ್ಮನ್ನು ನಿಜವೆಂದು ನಂಬುವ ಸಂಗತಿಯಾಗಿದೆ, ಅದು ನಿಮ್ಮನ್ನು ಒಂದು ರೀತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಮಿತಿಗೊಳಿಸುತ್ತದೆ. ಸೀಮಿತಗೊಳಿಸುವ ನಂಬಿಕೆ ನಿಮ್ಮ ಬಗ್ಗೆ, ಇತರ ಜನರು ಅಥವಾ ಪ್ರಪಂಚದ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಇರಬಹುದು.
