Episode 4: You Shall Not Pass

It's our first big one, y'all, and we really went for it. Join Riley and Brenna this week for a rundown on one of the darkest and most confusing camp stories in history: the tragedy of Dyatlov Pass. Was it an avalanche, infrasound, or something spookier that led to the deaths of 9 Soviet hikers in 1959? Give it a listen, and then sound off with your theories on our Instagram (betterintheorypodcast), Twitter (better_theory), and email (betterintheorypodcast@gmail.com).

    Episode 3: BUTE!

We're back with episode 3 for you! This week we cover the controversial 1968 Kentucky Derby. Riley tells you all about the surprisingly riveting conspiracy around First-Place-In-Our-Hearts Dancer's Image, and we briefly explore Brenna's paralyzing fear of horses. Visit us on Instagram and Twitter to keep the conversation going!

Episode 2: A Gravedigger in a Canadian Tuxedo

Welcome back to episode 2! This week Riley and Brenna cover a huge conspiracy from 1969. No, not that Stanley Kubrick helped fake the moon landing. Not the Chicago Seven conspiracy either. Not even "The Capitalist Conspiracy" directed by G. Edward Griffin. This week, we're talking the supposed death and look-alike replacement of Sir Paul McCartney. So turn on, tune in, drop out- and let us know if we've ruined The Beatles for you forever.

Episode 1: A Dancefloor On Stilts

Welcome to Better in Theory 2.0! New host Riley joins Brenna (the older part of the original sister hosts duo) to discuss a well-known Portland landmark- The Witch's Castle. Does the history of the land contribute to its spooky notoriety, or is it just a high school party hotspot in a crumbling public bathroom? Tune in to the brand spanking new intro episode for a brief bit of Oregon history.
