    Portugal gave me space to heal

    Our latest guests story is about survival to healing. This week Dylan is joined by Adele Perrenoud, born in Thailand, spent a large part of her life in Switzerland and now living in Portugal. In 2021, after a severe COVID infection, Adele spent two months in the hospital and 35 days in a medically induced coma. This experience transformed her relationship with health, resilience, and natural healing.
