    Sharing our BIG announcement, we have finally manifested our dream retreat center, Lyfe Advancement retreat center, in Ormond Beach, FL.     Unfiltered: my new approach for this platform

    I've decided to change things up, I will be using this platform as my own therapeutic practice. Instead of trying to be or act like something other than me, I am going to come on here daily and share my truth, and use this as a reminder to myself of my why. When I started this podcast I felt like I needed to sound like other podcasters, and be something other than my true self, which is what really got in my way of sharing my unfilled authentic truth consistently.
