Ep # 248: The True Cost of Conflict and How to Achieve Better Outcomes Without Litigation with special guest, Dennis Benjamin

In this week’s episode I speak with legally qualified Dennis Benjamin, a highly experienced businessman and art investor, and someone I’ve known since the 1980s. Our conversation explores the hidden costs and emotional toll of litigation, and why most people are far better off avoiding it wherever possible.  Dennis shares how his business, Conflict Manager, helps individuals and families resolve disputes before they escalate, focusing on outcomes that allow people to move forward with peace and clarity. Dennis and I delve into the importance of setting clear goals in any conflict and of understanding what a true resolution looks like. Dennis explains that behavioural change and a deep understanding of “why” are critical to resolving disputes, particularly in family situations where relationships matter most.  I was especially struck by his commitment to helping people regain peace of mind and sleep better. We also explore hiring practices, discipline in business, and the principle I call “hard on, easy off.” Dennis shares insights from his time at Macquarie Bank and how clear boundaries and accountability are essential for effectively handling team members and building successful teams. Beyond business, we discuss health, ageing and lifestyle choices, including the benefits of intermittent fasting, exercise and simplifying life. Dennis also shares his passion for art and the importance of buying what you love. This is a rich conversation about conflict, clarity, discipline and living a more peaceful and purposeful life. Ep #247: Having a Great Sex Life & Other Health Matters

In this episode I’m joined by Dr Michael Gaeta and we range widely across what health really is, why most modern medicine misses the point, and how you can start taking genuine ownership of your wellbeing. I share my definition of health as wholeness and the unique optimal balance of your mental, physical and spiritual elements. Michael adds a Chinese medicine lens: illness can be a habitual response to life, while health is a spontaneous, present-moment expression of life and creativity. We then move into music, courage and leadership. As fellow musicians we talk about music as the language of the soul, and why courage is the essential quality for any musician and any leader: the courage to take risks, to be rejected, and to live life on your own terms rather than by habit or fear. From there we get very practical. Michael explains why you are not a lab result, why “one-size-fits-all” protocols fail, and why many practitioners end up treating numbers on a page instead of the human being in front of them. He offers tangible steps to build health awareness: start with gratitude for what is working, define what wellbeing looks like for you, track your baseline so you can measure progress, and treat symptoms as teachers pointing to root causes rather than enemies to suppress. And yes, we go where most shows won’t. I raise the importance of a great sex life as a real marker of vitality and health, including why so many men over 50 struggle and why chronic stress, hormone disruption and dietary dogma can destroy libido and function. We speak plainly about “making love” as generating love and radiance, not just mechanics, and why this part of life deserves far more honest conversation than it gets. We finish with longevity and purpose: health span versus lifespan, the idea of being “burned up not burned out”, and living with full vitality right to the end. Michael closes the episode by playing his original piano piece, Walking Home. Ep #246: The "Work from Home" Movement is Full of Traps and Disasters

In this week’s episode I tackle the growing work from home movement and explain why I believe it is full of traps and long-term disasters, particularly for small to medium enterprises that want to achieve greatness. While many employees enjoy the comfort and convenience of working remotely, I argue that extraordinary results come from extraordinary teams – and great teams are built on trust, commitment and frequent, meaningful interaction. Without being physically together, the depth of relationships suffers, and without strong relationships you simply cannot build a world-class culture. I explore the crucial difference between efficiency and effectiveness, and why imagination, creativity and innovation are far more likely to flourish when people interact face-to-face. The spontaneous ideas, problem-solving conversations and subtle discernments that occur in shared spaces are almost impossible to replicate on screens. I also examine how distrust can quietly grow in remote environments, weakening culture and undermining performance. Drawing on nearly five decades of leading teams, I share why trust and caring – even love – are non-negotiable foundations for peak performance. I also question the political push for mandated work from home arrangements and what may really be driving that agenda. If you want to build something great, you must build a great team. In this episode I challenge you to rethink how you structure your workplace and invite you to explore the principles in my book Passionate Performance to help you create teams that truly excel. Ep #245: 7 Current Big Issues That Worry Many People

Passion Strategies to Reduce Your Worries and Unleash Your Unique Genius. In this week's episode, I explore seven big issues that are causing a great deal of worry for many people—and I share powerful strategies to help you live a passionate, worry-free life.  Worrying is not only disempowering, it robs you of your creativity, your energy, and your ability to contribute meaningfully to your world.  I discuss how you can shift your thinking, access your genius, and remain present—even amidst global turmoil. I cover worrying issues like global instability, job insecurity driven by AI, the destructive woke and DEI movements, political Islam, unjust laws, the climate emergency fraud, and dishonest politicians.  Rather than be overwhelmed, I encourage you to become discerning—learn to say no, speak your truth, and choose wisely who you spend time with. The right communities can uplift you; the wrong ones will drain you. I also examine the dangerous control systems behind global sex trafficking and highlight the shocking revelations surrounding Jeffrey Epstein. I share a recent Washington Times article that states the value of such trafficking to be "hundreds of billions of dollars" annually. My key message?  Don’t worry—be present, be bold, and be passionate.  As Earl Nightingale said, “You become what you think about most of the time.” Choose your thoughts wisely.  For deeper insights into the fraud of climate emergency, I recommend the books Green Murder by Ian Plimer and Green Fraud by Marc Morano, and for musical inspiration, listen to Janis Joplin’s “Me and Bobby McGee", and remind yourself of that wonderful lyric: "freedom's just another word for nothing left to lose!" Let’s live lives of freedom, creativity, imagination and passion.  Be free of worry so that you are making your unique contribution. Ep #244: Happy Australia Day on 26 January

In this week's episode, I reflect on Australia Day and my deep gratitude for being born in this magnificent country. Drawing from former Prime Minister Tony Abbott’s excellent book Australia: A History, I explore how Australia evolved into a great democracy. This book cuts through the modern-day distortions about our history, especially regarding the treatment of Aboriginal people. Contrary to the claims of many, the truth is far more complex and, in many cases, inspiring. I share powerful excerpts that highlight the founding principles of Australia, particularly the early embrace of the rule of law, self-governance, and freedom, even for convicts. These foundations are why I continue to fight for our sovereignty today.  I also discuss the uniquely Australian spirit, brought to life through our distinctive humour and resilience in the face of hardship, with a nod to Pete Crofts’ insights on Aussie larrikinism and Rob Sitch’s reflections on the crucial value and need of humour in our human drama. This episode is a passionate call to understand and honour our national history, to celebrate our freedoms, and to resist the lies that seek to divide us. Whether you're Australian or not, I urge you to dig into the true and accurate history of your country; truth of inspiring foundations will inspire a better future. Ep #243 - Happy New Year: Here are 11 worthy ideals to consider

Happy New Year! This first episode of 2026 invites you to reflect deeply on what will truly make it a "happy" year. I explore the powerful connection between happiness and success. Success, as Earl Nightingale wisely put it, is "the progressive realisation of a worthy ideal." It’s not about arriving at the goal, but progressing towards it. So what is a worthy ideal? I share eleven of mine that fuel my passion and guide my actions, from regenerative agriculture and the defence of Australia's Constitution, to the fight against political Islam, digital ID, and communism. I also spotlight initiatives like industrial hemp, the Forever Freedom Movement’s Buttonheart Bear, and my desire to spread passionate leadership around the world. The most important question for you is: What is your worthy ideal? Choose it. Let it inspire you. That pursuit alone is "success", and it will fill your year with meaning, passion and happiness. That would be a Happy New Year for you indeed! Ep #242: You are meant to be doing what you, uniquely, see needs to be done.

In this week’s episode, I explore the idea that if you notice a problem, you may be the one meant to solve it. Each of us sees the world through our unique lens - nobody else has our exact experiences, thinking style, or passions. That’s why we mustn't just complain about problems but take passion inspired action to address them. I share how this principle has guided my life - from pursuing justice through law, to promoting health and passion, to championing hemp farming, comedy, and freedom during lockdowns. Whether it’s supporting suicide prevention in farming communities, helping injured children, or chairing the Alliance Council of Australia to protect national sovereignty, I do what I see needs to be done to solve problems that are clear and important to me. I urge you to reflect on the problems that stir your soul. If you’re passionate about a particular issue, perhaps that’s your signal to get involved. Don’t be paralysed by lack of time or resources; action leads to empowerment. As Earl Nightingale said, success is the progressive realisation of a worthy ideal. Take action to solve problems and you’ll feel more alive and successful during the process of doing so, not just at the end when the problem is solved. It's a wonderful view of the true meaning of success. Life without problems would be boring. Embrace the challenges, love the process, and wake up excited by your unique purpose. Let passion fuel your courage and ensure that you keep learning and growing. Ep #241: Health & Other Matters

In this episode, I shine a bright light on the extraordinary lies being told to us by governments, especially around health.  The USA's CDC has quietly admitted on its offical website there is no evidence that vaccines don't cause autism; that the debunking of vaccines as a cause of autism was not based on evidence; this is a stunning reversal after 30 years of denial. I explore how two powerful books, Forbidden Facts by Gavin de Becker and Vaccines Amen by Aaron Siri, might have driven this change. These works expose government deceit around childhood vaccines and health policy. I then discuss the ongoing harms of COVID jab mandates in Australia and call out corporations and government bodies that still corruptly require evidence of taking these toxic jabs to be able to apply for a job. I call on and challenge big business to stop colluding with governments at the expense of Australians’ health and freedom. I share a range of trusted books from my library that prove how extensively governments and pharmaceutical giants have lied. From climate change hysteria to digital IDs and corrupt construction deals, I unpack lie after lie, showing why corroborating evidence is essential before trusting any government claim. Your new rule should be "never believe what any Government claims unless there is independent, verifiable evidence of those claims!"
