    The Benefits of Strength Training

    How often do you incorporate strength training in your workout routine?   Many women believe that the only way to lose weight is to increase their cardiovascular activity. However, cardio alone isn’t the best way to lose weight and tone up.  In today's episode, Brian and I talk about the benefits of strength training.     Overcoming Failure

    When was the last time you failed?   To me, the words failure and success go hand in hand because without failure, we don’t have the opportunity to grow and learn from our mistakes to then fuel our success.  In today's episode, I talk about overcoming failure in life. Failure, by definition, means not being successful. However, ‘success’ means something different  to each of us because we all have different goals and desires that we are measuring this success by. Most people view failure as a bad thing, but really failure re-routes our life to areas of success.
