    The Price Of Dominion: Why You Must Sacrifice More

    What if real dominion doesn't look like fighting back? What if it looks like meekness? We live in a world that constantly teaches men to defend themselves, protect their image, prove their strength, and make sure nobody gets the upper hand. But what happens when Christ calls you to respond differently? There is a kind of strength that does not come from controlling the situation. It comes from trusting God enough to surrender your need to control it. And that same principle exposes what is really ruling your life. Your finances can reveal what you believe is your source. Your constant “what if?” can reveal where fear has taken control. Your relationships can reveal whether the people around you are actually aligned with the path God has called you to walk. And your willingness to sacrifice can reveal whether you are truly surrendered or simply following God as long as the cost remains comfortable. There is a war between two realities. One is driven by fear, control, self-preservation, and the need to know exactly what happens next. The other requires faith. Sometimes walking with Christ means continuing forward without having every answer. Sometimes it means refusing to defend yourself. Sometimes it means letting go of something you thought you couldn't live without. And sometimes it means recognizing that not everyone who started the journey with you is meant to go with you into the next season.     The Biggest Mistake In Spiritual Warfare: Trying To Defend You

    One of the hardest things I've had to learn is that a victory doesn't automatically mean I'm doing everything right. Sometimes we can look at the things God has allowed us to accomplish and assume that because we're winning in one area, everything in our lives must be in order. I don't believe that's how it works. I have to continually come back to a posture of humility and submission before God. I'm still a broken vessel. I still have blind spots. I still have things in my heart that need to be surrendered. That's why consecration is so important. When God gives me new territory, I don't want to take that territory and put myself on the throne. I want to establish Him there. Because anything in my life that isn't submitted to the government of the Kingdom of Heaven can eventually become a liability. And then there is the battle that happens when someone attacks my identity. They say something about me. They misunderstand me. They treat me unjustly. And immediately, I want to defend myself. I want to explain myself. I want to prove that they're wrong. I want to replay the situation in my mind and think about everything I should have said. But I've had to ask myself a different question: What happens when I make myself my own defender? Because the more I obsess over defending myself, the more I can become consumed by pride, anger, resentment, and the need to prove something. I don't want somebody else's actions to determine the condition of my heart. That doesn't mean I ignore injustice or refuse to stand for what is right. It means I have to know the difference between defending truth and defending my ego. My identity doesn't need to be constantly defended by me. God knows who I am. And sometimes maintaining peace means refusing to let someone else's attack pull me into a battle that God never called me to fight. “Blessed are the peacemakers, for they will be called sons of God.” What battle are you fighting right now that might actually require more humility than retaliation?     Why Demons Want You to Hide Your Weaknesses

    One of the most dangerous things we can do is hide our vulnerabilities instead of bringing them into the light. Sometimes the patterns we defend are the very patterns God is trying to expose. Anger. Pride. Fear. Resentment. Justification. We can become so accustomed to unhealthy behavior that we don't even recognize it anymore—especially when it was part of the environment we grew up in. The real question isn't, “Am I better than I used to be?” It's: “Am I representing Christ in the way I respond today?” Don't let pride, fear, or the desire to appear strong keep you from confronting what's happening inside your heart. Pray for God to open your eyes. Ask Him to expose the agreements, wounds, and patterns that you've normalized. Then have the courage to surrender them. True strength isn't pretending you have no weaknesses.     Your Marriage Problem Is Actually a Spiritual Issue

    Marriage has a way of exposing the places in our hearts that still need to be surrendered to Christ. The wounds, fears, pride, anger, and patterns we carry can become visible when we're challenged by the person closest to us. Instead of only asking, “What is wrong with my spouse?” we should also ask, “What is God trying to reveal and transform in me?” Your relationship with Christ should shape the way you love your wife, lead your family, respond under pressure, and handle conflict. Stay consecrated. Hide God's Word in your heart. Pursue Christ daily. Let Him deal with the parts of you that still need to die before they are exposed in the middle of the battle.     Why God Won't Give You More Until You Do This

    If you're faithful with little, God can trust you with much. But growth requires more than wanting the next level—it requires obedience, courage, and consistent action. Sometimes God will ask you to do something beyond your current ability and beyond your current identity. That's where growth happens. You may not know how to do it. You may feel unqualified. You may want to procrastinate or run. But faith says, “I don't know how yet, but I'll figure it out.” The next level may require your current identity to die so God can develop something greater in you. Whatever God is asking you to do, don't hide from it. Be faithful. Be deliberate. Be consistent. Keep obeying. Your obedience may be the key that unlocks what comes next.
