Have looked back at your favourite 90's indie-pop-rock band that broke up years ago and thought "where are they now?" then this is the show for you. Its the perfect blend of retrospective escapism and a little a bit of cathartic learning to get you through the fact that somehow we're all still stuck in 2020. Each episode Sebek Lark talks to someone who lived a life of punk rock, anarchy, grunge, indie stardom, or anything in-between and asks them about their life before this one in an effort to change our perspective on what it means to be washed-up.
