    #513 - 🇬🇧 Why Obedience Is Not Enough—The Miracle of Delight

    This episode invites you to walk verse by verse through Psalm 1. It reveals that the greatest miracle described in this psalm is available for everyone. This miracle has nothing to do merely with obedience to God's Law—it is to find delight in obeying it. Left to ourselves, we cannot find delight in what we don't prefer. We may imitate religion, obey outwardly, and even serve in the church, while our hearts remain unchanged. The problem is not simply our behavior; it is our (sinful) nature. Discover how the righteous are enabled to refuse the counsel of the wicked, what it means to meditate on God's law day and night, why delight cannot be manufactured by willpower, and how Ezekiel's promise of a new heart unlocks the meaning of Psalm 1.     Comer é apenas uma necessidade física — ou pode revelar algo mais profundo sobre nossa vida espiritual?
