Would You Still Stay If You Knew the Whole Truth?

THE BOOK OF RUTH| GOD’S RESTORATION PLAN| Preservation and Prospective Living| Discipleship |Session-48| 2026| CHIMDI OHAHUNA The Power of Honest Disclosure: Integrity Before Partnership In this thought-provoking episode of the RUTH Series, we examine one of the most profound moments in Naomi's conversation with Ruth, a moment marked by realism, integrity, and selfless honesty. Rather than making promises she could not fulfill, Naomi openly revealed her limitations, her advanced age, and the realities surrounding her future prospects. Through this encounter, we uncover timeless lessons about leadership, relationships, partnerships, and personal responsibility. This episode explores the biblical principle of being "unequally yoked" beyond its commonly discussed context, revealing how unequal capacities, unresolved limitations, and hidden realities can place unfair burdens on relationships and partnerships. Naomi's transparency serves as a model of integrity, demonstrating the importance of full disclosure before entering any covenant, commitment, or life-altering decision. We also examine the demands of spiritual leadership and the dangers faced by leaders who attempt to shepherd others without being properly shepherded themselves. Drawing insights from the lives of Moses and other biblical figures, we discuss why communion with God must remain the foundation of effective leadership and why faith in God must always precede faith in any human vessel. Through practical illustrations and biblical insights, this episode challenges listeners to embrace honesty over pretense, realism over false expectations, and integrity over convenience. Whether in ministry, marriage, business, or personal relationships, lasting success is built upon truth, transparency, and a clear understanding of both strengths and limitations. Join Chimdi Ohahuna as we uncover how Naomi's candid counsel to Ruth teaches believers the value of realistic expectations, responsible partnerships, and unwavering trust in God. Discover why genuine integrity may sometimes sound discouraging in the moment, yet often becomes the foundation upon which God performs His greatest miracles. Key Lessons from this Episode: • The necessity of being spiritually shepherded before leading others. • Why belief in God must come before reliance on spiritual leaders. • The dangers and burdens of unequal partnerships. • The importance of honesty and full disclosure in relationships and marriage. • How integrity protects destinies and strengthens covenant relationships. • Why realistic assessments create room for divine intervention. Listen, reflect, and be transformed as we continue our journey through the remarkable story of Ruth and the enduring lessons it offers for every believer today. Jesus is Lord.

Would You Still Follow God If Nothing Changed?

THE BOOK OF RUTH| GOD’S RESTORATION PLAN| Preservation and Prospective Living| Discipleship |Session-47| 2026| CHIMDI OHAHUNA Scripture Focus: Ruth Chapter 1verse 12 What kind of faith do you possess when life does not go according to plan? Is your commitment to God built upon what He can do for you, or upon who He is? In this thought-provoking episode of the RUTH Series, we examine a critical challenge facing contemporary Christianity, the growing tendency to define faith by material prosperity, personal comfort, and visible results. Many believers have been taught to measure God's goodness by what they receive from Him, creating a faith that struggles to endure disappointment, loss, or seasons of hardship. Through the life of Naomi, we encounter a strikingly different picture of faith. Despite experiencing bereavement, uncertainty, and profound personal loss, Naomi remained identified with the God of Israel. Her life demonstrates that genuine faith is not sustained by favorable circumstances but by a deep conviction concerning God's character. Her worship, consecration, loyalty, and covenant commitment endured even when life became painful and difficult. This episode explores the danger of a faith that is conditioned upon blessings, success, and comfort. It challenges listeners to reconsider whether their devotion to God is rooted in His promises alone or in His person. We also examine how the age-old temptation of choosing personal gratification over wholehearted obedience continues to influence believers today. As we journey through Naomi's story, we discover that authentic faith does not merely celebrate God in seasons of abundance; it remains steadfast in seasons of loss. True faith chooses God above comfort, covenant above convenience, and commitment above personal gain. Join us for this insightful study as we uncover the difference between a faith built on circumstances and a faith anchored in the unchanging nature of God. Listen, learn, and be strengthened in your walk with God through another enlightening episode of the RUTH Series on the GRACELIFECOMI Podcast. Jesus is Lord.

DECLARE LIGHT | WEEKLY PROPHETIC PRAYER SESSION | Psalm 127:2 | Entering June with Divine Rest and Provision | CHIMDI OHAHUNA Welcome to this week’s edition of DECLARE LIGHT, a prophetic prayer session with Chimdi Ohahuna, as we transition into a new month and prepare to enter the second half of the year. Drawing revelation light from Psalm 127:2, this powerful session addresses one of the greatest struggles of our generation, living under the constant pressure of survival, productivity, financial uncertainty, and unending responsibilities. “It is vain for you to rise up early, to sit up late, to eat the bread of sorrows: for so he giveth his beloved sleep.” In a world where many are losing their peace because of economic hardship, increasing demands, and the pursuit of life’s necessities, this prophetic prayer brings believers back to the revelation that true provision does not originate from human effort alone, it comes from God. This prayer session unveils the deeper meaning of “sleep” in Scripture as a picture of divine rest, confidence, security, and trust in God’s unfailing provision. Through the lens of the Complete Jewish Bible (CJB) rendering, we are reminded that God provides for His beloved even while they sleep. Throughout this prayer session, we contend for a supernatural renewal of our minds. We pray against the mindset of anxiety, pressure, striving, and fear that robs God’s people of rest. We declare freedom from the burden of feeling solely responsible for our sustenance and embrace the liberating truth that our Heavenly Father is actively caring for us, even when we are not working. As we stand at the threshold of a new month, this prophetic declaration becomes especially timely. While many may be evaluating their achievements and questioning their progress, this session redirects our focus from human effort to divine faithfulness. It establishes in us the consciousness that: • God is providing for us even while we sleep. • God is watching over our lives and destinies. • God is meeting needs beyond our awareness. • God is working on our behalf when we cannot see it. • God remains our source, sustainer, and provider. Join us as we pray for the grace to enter June with renewed confidence, supernatural peace, and unwavering trust in God’s provision. May the consciousness of divine care overwhelm every fear, silence every anxious thought, and establish us in the reality of God’s abundant supply. Be blessed, strengthened, and refreshed as you listen. Go forth rejoicing and come forth rejoicing. Go forth testifying and come forth testifying. Subscribe to the GRACELIFECOMI Podcast on Spotify and share this episode with someone who needs to rediscover the rest that comes from trusting God completely. Jesus is Lord.

Can a Man Buy God Off?

SWEET MELODIES | Season 2 | PROVERBS 11 VERSE 4 | ADEFUNKE OHAHUNA In this deeply illuminating episode , Adefunke Ohahuna leads listeners into a powerful and sobering exposition of Proverbs 11:4:“Riches profit not in the day of wrath: but righteousness delivereth from death.” This study unveils the eternal contrast between earthly wealth and the saving righteousness of God in Christ Jesus. Through careful examination of key Hebrew words and supporting Scriptures, this episode reveals why no amount of material abundance can rescue a soul in the day of divine judgment, and why only the righteousness that comes through faith in Christ has the power to deliver from death. The study begins by examining the Hebrew word *hôn* (riches), revealing wealth as abundance, sufficiency, substance, and high value. From Abraham and Solomon to influential kings and wealthy men of Scripture, riches were often seen as evidence of blessing. Yet, the episode carefully uncovers the spiritual danger that emerges when possessions replace God in the human heart. Wealth itself is not condemned in Scripture, but trusting in riches instead of God becomes spiritually destructive. Drawing insight from passages such as 1 Timothy 6:17 and Mark 10:23–24, listeners are reminded that riches are uncertain and incapable of granting eternal security. The episode highlights the tragic reality of the rich fool — a man whose earthly abundance could not preserve him in eternity because his soul was not rich toward God. The Hebrew word *ya‛al* (profit) is also explored in depth, showing that true profit means something that advances, benefits, helps forward, or avails. However, Proverbs 11:4 declares that riches completely lose their usefulness “in the day of wrath.” No earthly possession, influence, title, or social standing can move a person forward when standing before the righteous judgment of God. This episode further examines the meaning of “the day of wrath” through the Hebrew word *‛ebrâh* — an overflowing fury, rage, and divine outpouring of judgment against sin. With sobering clarity, the teaching explains God’s righteous anger against unrepentant sinners and reveals how every rejection of the Gospel stores up wrath for the day of judgment. Through references to Revelation, Romans, Psalms, and Thessalonians, the study paints a vivid picture of divine justice while simultaneously magnifying the mercy of God revealed through Jesus Christ. Psalm 75:8 becomes especially striking as listeners are reminded of the “foaming cup” of divine judgment prepared for wickedness. Yet amid this weighty revelation comes the glorious hope of the Gospel. The Hebrew word *tsedâqâh* (righteousness) is unfolded not merely as moral conduct or human virtue, but as the righteousness of God imputed to believers through faith in Christ Jesus. This is the righteousness that truly “delivers from death.” The study powerfully explains that salvation cannot be purchased with silver, gold, status, or earthly riches. According to 1 Peter 1:18–19, redemption only comes through the precious blood of Jesus Christ — the spotless Lamb of God. This episode also emphasizes that righteousness in Christ does more than forgive sins — it rescues, preserves, snatches away, and delivers believers from eternal condemnation and separation from God. Through Romans 3:22, Romans 5:1, 2 Corinthians 5:21, and Philippians 3:9, listeners are reminded that believers stand justified before God solely because of Christ’s finished work. As the teaching concludes, listeners are encouraged to shift their hearts away from temporary earthly gain and toward eternal treasures in heaven. This episode is a heartfelt invitation to examine where true security lies. In seasons of pestilence, uncertainty, judgment, and mortality, only the righteousness found in Jesus Christ delivers from death and grants eternal peace with God. Jesus is Lord.

NO TURNING BACK: Covenant Over Comfort

THE BOOK OF RUTH| GOD’S RESTORATION PLAN| Preservation and Prospective Living| Discipleship |Session-46| 2026| CHIMDI OHAHUNA In this piercing and spiritually sobering episode of the RUTH series, we return once again to Ruth 1:12 and continue uncovering the weight behind Naomi’s repeated instruction: “Turn again my daughters…” What appeared to be simple counsel was actually a deeply loaded statement carrying spiritual, emotional, and covenant implications. This episode explores a dimension of Naomi’s words that was left untouched in the previous study, the reality that her instruction was, in the context of following God and fighting for His cause, a seemingly negative and difficult request. Naomi was essentially telling them to turn back while she herself continued toward God’s covenant land. Why would a woman pursuing God tell others not to continue with her? Through this study, we discover that only those who truly understand the demands of discipleship can discern the right response to such a moment. Ruth understood. She discerned that following the Lord is not built on convenience, emotions, comfort, or personal preference. It is built on conviction, covenant, and surrender. This episode boldly confronts the modern culture of selective obedience in Christianity, a generation that wants the blessings of God while still living according to personal feelings and fleshly desires. Drawing from Mary’s instruction at Cana, “Whatsoever He tells you, do it,” this teaching exposes the danger of serving God based on comfort rather than obedience. Listeners are challenged to understand that the pursuit of God cannot coexist with compromise, concession, or the repainting of sin to suit culture and personal desires. The message also examines the devastating consequences of turning back from God. When people retreat in the middle of spiritual warfare or covenant pursuit, they begin to forget the works, wonders, and faithfulness of God. This episode confronts spiritual memory loss, the tragic tendency to forget all God has done because of temporary pain, offense, disappointment, or present hardship. With deep practical insight, the teaching calls believers to examine themselves before criticizing the children of Israel for turning back in the wilderness. Many believers today are guilty of the same thing, abandoning loyalty to God, dishonoring spiritual fathers, forgetting seasons of divine intervention, and walking away because of transient afflictions. The episode further reveals that Naomi’s journey back to Bethlehem was not merely a physical relocation , it was a pursuit of God wrapped in warfare. Returning to covenant ground meant confronting emotional battles, psychological warfare, painful memories, public scrutiny, mockery, and the accusations of the enemy. Naomi understood that the pursuit of God comes with war, and she wanted her daughters-in-law to understand the weight of what lay ahead before following her. Listeners will be challenged by powerful truths about spiritual endurance, personal responsibility, and the necessity of standing firm in difficult seasons. Naomi was prepared to face taunts, misunderstandings, and painful questions about her losses, but she wanted Ruth and Orpah to know that they too would need personal conviction and personal strength rooted in God, not merely dependence on her. This episode is a passionate call to unwavering devotion, covenant loyalty, spiritual maturity, and wholehearted pursuit of Christ. It is an invitation to pray for grace to follow Jesus with a heart that says: No turning back. Prepare for a searching and transformational study on obedience, spiritual warfare, covenant pursuit, and the cost of following God faithfully to the end. Jesus is Lord.

TURN BACK! — Naomi’s Shocking Test of Loyalty

THE BOOK OF RUTH| GOD’S RESTORATION PLAN| Preservation and Prospective Living| Discipleship |Session-45| 2026| CHIMDI OHAHUNA In this deeply searching episode of RUTH, we journey into Ruth 1:12–13 and uncover the weighty meaning behind Naomi’s repeated instruction: “Turn again.” Through the Hebrew word , shûwb, meaning *to turn back, return, or retreat, this study opens a profound exploration into relationships, loyalty, divine purpose, and the motives of the human heart. At first glance, Naomi’s counsel to her daughters-in-law appears confusing, even contradictory. Why would a loving mother advise those who had shown her affection to turn back? Why would she seemingly discourage them from continuing the journey with her toward the God of Israel? In this episode, we discover that Naomi’s words were far deeper than rejection, they were a test. This teaching exposes one of the greatest realities of life and ministry: many relationships are built not on love for people, but on benefits, convenience, and personal gain. Naomi’s instruction became a divine investigation into whether Ruth and Orpah truly loved her for who she was, or merely for what she could still offer them. Would they remain when the past that connected them was gone, and when the future held no visible prospects? With piercing spiritual insight, this episode confronts the culture of exploitation that has infiltrated society , and even the church. In a world where people often treat others as commodities rather than souls, this study calls believers back to genuine covenant relationships built on love, loyalty, sacrifice, and shared purpose. It challenges listeners to examine whether their relationships are rooted in God or merely in personal advantage. The episode also explores the difference between emotional attachment and genuine commitment. Naomi understood that following God is not sustained by emotional excitement alone. Real loyalty survives tests, uncertainty, hardship, and seasons where there appears to be nothing to gain. Through powerful biblical reflections on Ruth, Job and his wife, Peter’s declaration to Jesus, and Israel’s wilderness journey, this teaching reveals how trials expose the authenticity of love, faithfulness, and spiritual conviction. You will also discover why destination determines investigation, why the direction of your life determines the kind of people you must walk with. Naomi was returning to her God and her people, and she needed to know whether those following her truly desired the same destination or were merely caught in a flood of emotional fantasy. This episode is a sobering but transformative call to discernment, maturity, and spiritual sincerity. It is a message for believers, leaders, ministers, families, and anyone seeking authentic relationships in an increasingly transactional world. Above all, it reminds us that when following the Lord and contending for divine purpose, there can be no turning back. Prepare for a searching and enlightening study on loyalty, motives, covenant relationships, and the refining tests that reveal the true condition of the heart. Jesus is Lord.
