I know how f*****g scary it can be to let other people reaaaaally see you. I like to call it “The Art of Being Seen.” Here’s how I see it: You are both the masterpiece and the artistic genius. Your process must not be rushed. Do works of art stop being magnificent because they aren’t finished yet? I say NO! I love being SEEN fully and sharing my stories to help us all see we aren’t alone and that perfection overrated.     Give yourself permission to grow

    Remembering who we are through the tough times

    After eating way too much food (+ cookies) I was feeling critical of myself and was compelled to share this short little message and reminder for us all.     Who am I? + Why “The Art of Being Seen?”

    From talking about leaving my very extreme church and having my sense of identity completely ripped away from me, to hanging out with a psychedelic shamanic cult, to exploring polyamory and thrupples, to finally letting the world see me... I think I do a pretty decent job in this episode to give you a real sense of who I am. IT’S MY FIRST PODCAST EVER and I was nervous and the audio and flow is DEFF not perfect but... in true Sharon fashion, I’m saying “f**k it.” Who said it has to be perfect to be valuable?
