I’m a huge home cook and I come from a much different background as a white man. The host is able to bring in guests that help educate around the world of black chefs and enlighten his audience about the struggles and the importance of a strong black culinary scene. Awesome work.

I just listened to the How is this pandemic affecting.. man this is real. I came from the food service industry and many of my friends are still in it and it’s been sooo rough on them because of the pandemic. Many of them don’t have healthcare or a savings or anything. I just want to say thank you for shedding some more insight into this struggle. It’s very much appreciated 🖤
