    Bedcast 028 - sTs 011 - Not a Halloween Special II

In our second non-Halloween special, I run through all of the scary/horror movies I've watched this year along with some Halloween plans/ideas, and I dive into a bit of the reasonings for  my ratings (good or bad) for each film. I also highly recommend checking out The Vast of Night on Amazon Prime, because it's seriously one of the best movies I've seen in years.  Intro: @00:47 Atlanta Rhythm Section - Spooky Outro: @32:51 Santana - Soul Sacrifice - Live at Woodstock 1969mm GO FORTH, AND BE EXCELLENT   SPREAD YOUR EXCELLENCE, AND BE THE CHANGE YOU WANT TO SEE   SHINE ON YOU CRAZY DIAMONDS   If you can't be safe, then just be careful   I LOVE YOU ALL.   TODAY IS A BEAUTIFUL F*****G DAY TO BE ALIVE. Bedcast 027 - Self-Confidence

In this one, I talk about creating, and the power of self-confidence. We create this through our  foundation of positive mental attitudes/energy, and just good vibes. I explain the meaning (to me) of my favorite personal mantra, and things get me a little energized at the end. It's a good one.  We can work on building our confidence by showing up for ourselves day by day, and when we can't,  then we have a bank of experimental data from our past where we DID, and we can draw inspiration from this to keep on keepin' on. This is a good one.    Intro: @01:25 Yung Gravy - Betty (Get Money)   Outro: @31:48 Sonny Cleveland - Bring it on Back    GO FORTH, AND BE EXCELLENT     SPREAD YOUR EXCELLENCE, AND BE THE CHANGE YOU WANT TO SEE     SHINE ON YOU CRAZY DIAMONDS     If you can't be safe, then just be careful     I LOVE YOU ALL.     TODAY IS A BEAUTIFUL F*****G DAY TO BE ALIVE.   ANYWAYS:     Check out my website:      https://stsbedcast.com     Email me: darth@stsbedcast.com     Follow me on twitter/instagrum:      @sumbedcast

    Bedcast 026 - sTs 010

In this one, I give some updates on how my last jiu jitsu competition went, training for the next one, how lifting is going, what IT projects I'm working on at home/in my free time (also certs), and  just check in. Next episode is going to be a themed episode, but I'm not sure what about yet.  Enjoy! Intro: @02:01 Funeral Fires - Party Puke Outro: @29:24 Girl Talk - Play Your Part (Pt. 1) GO FORTH, AND BE EXCELLENT   SPREAD YOUR EXCELLENCE, AND BE THE CHANGE YOU WANT TO SEE   SHINE ON YOU CRAZY DIAMONDS   If you can't be safe, then just be careful   I LOVE YOU ALL.   ANYWAYS:   Check out my website:    https://stsbedcast.com   Email me: darth@stsbedcast.com   Follow me on twitter/instagrum:    @sumbedcast

    Bedcast 024 - sTs 09

This is a catchup episode, and I try to wrap up (sort of) the last some months, but I mainly talk about stoicism, some books I'm reading about it by Ryan Holiday, then gave a jiu jitsu update/recap, and kind of a short-term timeline. Thanks for sticking around for this one. More to come soon.    Intro: @00:40 The Band - The Night They Drove Old Dixie Down  Outro: @33:55 Bob Seger - Turn the Page (Live in Detroit '75)   GO FORTH, AND BE EXCELLENT   SPREAD YOUR EXCELLENCE, AND BE THE CHANGE YOU WANT TO SEE   SHINE ON YOU CRAZY DIAMONDS   If you can't be safe, then just be careful   I LOVE YOU ALL.   ANYWAYS:   Check out my website:    https://stsbedcast.com   Email me: darth@stsbedcast.com   Follow me on twitter/instagrum:    @sumbedcast

    Bedcast 022 - sTs 08

JUST FOUND OUT EPISODE 21 sTS 07 WAS BLOCKED (ON YOUTUBE) BECAUSE OF BOB DYLAN AUDIO, OOPS.    This is our second annual Not a Halloween Special, even though it's still a few weeks away. I start off by attempting to read "The Raven" by Edgar Allen Poe, but my furry co-host wasn't having it. Then I talk a bit about Halloween and scary movies in general. Next episode coming soon.    Intro: @01:49 : Warren Zevon - Werewolves of London  Outro: @35:21 : Warren Zevon - I'll Sleep When I'm Dead   GO FORTH, AND BE EXCELLENT   SPREAD YOUR EXCELLENCE, AND BE THE CHANGE YOU WANT TO SEE   SHINE ON YOU CRAZY DIAMONDS   If you can't be safe, then just be careful   I LOVE YOU ALL.   ANYWAYS:   Check out my website:    https://stsbedcast.com   Email me: darth@stsbedcast.com   Follow me on twitter/instagrum:    @sumbedcast

    Bedcast 020 - Learning

This one's about one of, in my opinion, our most important skills in not only becoming fuller and better people, but also expanding our perspectives, and developing more fulfilling lives: learning. I get a bit off track at times, but eventually get back on the wagon in the end.    Intro: @00:14 : ELO - The Diary of Horace Wimp  Outro: @36:20 : CSNY - Almost Cut My Hair   GO FORTH, AND BE EXCELLENT   SPREAD YOUR EXCELLENCE, AND BE THE CHANGE YOU WANT TO SEE   SHINE ON YOU CRAZY DIAMONDS     If you can't be safe, then just be careful     I LOVE YOU ALL.     ANYWAYS:     Check out my website:      https://stsbedcast.com     Email me:    darth@stsbedcast.com     Follow me on twitter/instagrum:      @sumbedcast

    Bedcast 018 - sTs 06

This one I talk a little bit about the unfortunate events that happened in Afghanistan, language learning, BUYING A HOUSE, and a few other things. Even though I literally just finished this, my mind is a wash right now, and I can't remember what all else I covered. Please listen, if you wanna know the rest. For the last several episodes, I've been coming back after the outro song plays to give my sendoffs, so the timestamps are really just for when the music starts; not necessarily when the episode is starting/over.  Intro @00:03 : Rob Base & DJ EZ Rock - It Takes Two Outro @37:15 : Santana ft. Chad Kroger - Into the Night GO FORTH, AND BE EXCELLENT SPREAD YOUR EXCELLENCE, AND BE THE CHANGE YOU WANT TO SEE SHINE ON YOU CRAZY DIAMONDS   If you can't be safe, then just be careful I LOVE YOU ALL. Bedcast 016 - Change and Adaptation

This one I go over what it means to go through change in your life (both positive and negative), relate some life lessons I've learned through Jiu Jitsu, and then go over what it means to adapt to situations that might not be of your choosing.    Intro @1:09 : Black Sabbath - Changes   Outro @36:40 : Portishead - Glory Box   GO FORTH, AND BE EXCELLENT   SPREAD YOUR EXCELLENCE, AND BE THE CHANGE YOU WANT TO SEE   SHINE ON YOU CRAZY DIAMONDS   I LOVE YOU ALL.   ANYWAYS:   Check out my website:   https://stsbedcast.com  Email me: darth@stsbedcast.com   Follow me on twitter/instagrum:    @sumbedcast
