Being Mean

Being Mean with David and Tom

Being Mean with David and Tom is an exploration of the dregs of music. A life - sapping misery filled trawl through the very bottom of the barrel of human talent. Hopefully funny.

28 - The Marvel Cinematic Universe (diss track)

I really enjoyed doing and listening to this one we watched a load of Marvel films and talk about them. We hate all of them but we have some great ideas on how to homogenise culture. Hint: it includes James Bond (ofc). beingmeanpodcast@gmail.com

27 - Tapered Jorts and The White Boy Summer

Catch me at the beach - skin fade high and tight, the tips of my tapered jorts crusted with sea salt pumping my arm in the air screaming "Free Skrillex". It truly is the White Boy Summer!  You know this is a good ep because when I was editing it there is more audio of us saying 'No cut that out' than there is actual content! But to our defence we were both very sleepy....back with renewed vigour next week! beingmeanpodcast@gmail.com

    Episode 25 - Bombastic Energy

DJ! Uh uh uh - remember that song? Well we dont cover that but we do talk about Lynx Africa a fair bit - celebrating 25 years last year! beingmeanpodcast@gmail.com

Episode 24 - A Long, Extensive and Very Confused Review of 'Tomorrow Never Dies' That No-One Asked For!!

No-one asked for it! So we did it. Its a long and confused review of Tomorrow Never Dies - the Pierce Brosnan vehicle. I think it is worth noting that myself, David and (Guest) Ivo are in a whats app group called 'The Brosmen' which is just a really chilled out totally cool space where we exchange thoughts, gossip and feelings regarding Pierce Brosnan so there MAY be some bias in this episode #ad. Back to normal next week. beingmeanpodcast@gmail.com
