Austin, TX: be where you are and honor your evolution

Where are you evolving and changing, and how can you honor that evolution?  In this episode I was visiting Austin, Texas and had some free time on my hands. I found myself in the most peaceful Airbnb and wanting to spend a little time with you. I chat about healing and growing in the midst of peace; how I've discovered it's not just in the darkness that we can find our greatest growth and creativity, sometimes it is found in the day-to-day, steady, intentional moments.  Here is the list of projects and patterns I am currently working on: Seamwork Mesa Dress: https://www.seamwork.com/catalog/mesa Seamwork Adria Top: https://www.seamwork.com/catalog/adria Seamwork Christina Skirt: https://www.seamwork.com/catalog/christina Megan Nielsen Darling Ranges Dress: https://megannielsen.com/collections/all-products/products/darling-ranges-dress-sewing-pattern?gclid=CjwKCAjw7diEBhB-EiwAskVi177-7gZO8zXY136lbSPLGSNyZYR6fehWfRh2HujZX2TamotQ0TVc2RoCIMAQAvD_BwE

    Stepping Forward with Fear

We have all been trapped in fear's unrelenting grasp from time to time. In this episode I talk about stepping forward with our fear, how we can quiet it's voice, and how we can show our fear it's safe with us. I also give you some updates about where I'm at, where I'm headed and some new services I'm offering.  ***This month's patterns: Commissioned garment - McCalls M7872 https://thefoldline.com/product/mccalls-romper-and-jumpsuit-m7872/ Creating for me - Shift Dress found in Buffi Jashanmal's book Buffi's Dress Design https://www.amazon.com/Buffis-Dress-Design-Styles-Make/dp/161212030X*** Huge shoutout to Jenna Little for all of her coaching and support.
