    Wrestling with Motivation

    We talk about where we get motivation and what it is. We also talk about motivation in terms of creativity, doing things we don't like to do and motivation in our faith. Here are the practical tips Fiona mentions to help you stay or find some motivation: Record small accomplishments. Share results. Focus on the feeling you'll feel when you accomplish/finish your task. Break overwhelming tasks into smaller more doable tasks that are less intimidating. Take a 10-minute nap. Make a right brain/left brain switch. Get moving - go for a walk.
