As a HUGE classic Hollywood fan, I find it’s difficult to find podcasts on the subject that are well-researched, well-produced, and entertaining. This hits the bullseye on all three. I love Lauren’s writing and delivery style—cheeky but respectful, fun but not obnoxious, succinct but not dry or boring. Lauren’s really great at digging into the personalities of these major Golden Age players, and by the end of the episode I love hearing her breakdown on whether or not this person should be invited to her imaginary classic Hollywood party. (I would give anything to be at such a party!) Lauren, I hope that you are just on hiatus and are loading more of these into the queue. Thank you so much for the ones you’ve already put out there!!!
