S3: E11 - Andrea Clemons: "You Have A Place at the Table!"

I have discovered something about myself - something I am not very proud of...and I wonder how many others might be feeling the same way. That is - if I were completely honest with myself - Do I feel like I have a place at the table? It is my guest that many of us feel might be feeling a bit left out in life. That others have opportunities that we don't get. That they have a voice we don't have. Maybe we don't feel this way in general, at all times, but when it comes to the things that matter the most to us - do we feel like we have a place at the table? I discuss this heart-matter with my dear friend, Andrea Clemons, and she shares some insights with us as to why we may be feeling this way & what is at the root. Why don't you grab a cup of coffee, set aside 1 hour of your time to join us, and share your thoughts with us afterwards? More about Andrea: Andrea Clemons is a devoted woman of faith, accomplished businesswoman, and trusted real estate professional based in Central Kentucky. Rooted in her own personal transformation through Jesus Christ, Andrea lives with intentionality to advance the Kingdom of God in every area of her life. She is a passionate advocate by nature, believing deeply in spiritual freedom—where captives are set free through a true relationship with Jesus Christ, and every person finds a place at the table as they are lovingly received into the family of God. Her ministry journey has taken her around the globe through international missions, where she has shared hope, healing, and the message of Christ with diverse communities. From her early career as a business representative at Lexmark International to her current work in ministry and real estate, Andrea brings excellence, integrity, and purpose into everything she does. Andrea’s heart beats for advocacy in all its forms—from working with at-risk and trafficked youth to serving in local church leadership, intercessory prayer, and discipleship. She is passionate about helping others reach their full potential in Christ, firmly believing that no trauma is too great for God to heal. Through a renewed mind and a life rooted in faith, she empowers others to walk in freedom, identity, and purpose. Whether in the sanctuary, the streets, or the closing room, Andrea leads with vision, compassion, and an unwavering commitment to God’s call on her life.

    S3: E7 - Erin Herren - "The Enneagram Heart Triad" - Part 2 of 2

In this episode, Erin Herren and I finish our discussion of Enneagram Types 3 & 4. I must say that I have learned a lot through my discussion with Erin, and I believe my biggest take-away so far is this: The best way to get to know someone is to actually invest time in getting to know them! And that is done best through mutual exchange. I don't want to assume I know someone - that would be rather unfair of me to assume. No two people are alike, and the only way to truly know someone is taking the time to get to know them. I am looking forward to our final episode in this series, where Erin teaches about types 5,6 and 7, also known as the "Head Triad". If you would like to know more about Erin Herren, here's a little about Erin and how you can connect with her: A native to Fort Worth, Texas, Erin Herren has spent the last 6 years as a dedicated Realtor based in Dallas/Fort Worth, with a passion for serving both her clients and community. A proud mom to two girls and a part of a large, close-knit family, Erin values relationships and believes in building strong connections with those around her. In 2018, she developed a passion for the Enneagram and for the last two years has enjoyed teaching others how to use it for personal growth and better communication. In her free time, Erin enjoys sharing good food with friends and family, a good cup of hot coffee, True Crime and podcasting. Instagram: @erinherrenyall  FB: @erindunnherren Erinherrenrealtor@gmail.com

S3:E5 - "Discovering the Enneagram" with Erin Herren

Has the personality or persistent behavior of a friend or family member ever rubbed you the wrong way? Have you consistently struggled in a relationship that really matters to you because it seems like you cannot communicate with one another? Or, maybe you have hang-ups you would like to understand about yourself... In today's episode, which is part 1 of a 3-part series, Erin Herren, co-host of "Home Life and Hustle" podcast, shares her personal journey in discovering the Enneagram - an ancient personality typing system that, in our opinion, far exceeds any other typing system. The Enneagram will help you see & know yourself in a whole new light. It will also help you see and appreciate others in a whole new light. Our hope is that you will dive in, enjoy, grow and heal with us as we continue our discussion on this topic. We also invite you to come back for the next two episodes, and share with us what you have learned by leaving a comment!
