    South Fork Group founder, shares story of working in the development market and working with Local and State Agencies to provide Obtainable Housing in this current market of high priced homes. He is currently developing Badger Mountain South- a Master Planned Community with 5,000 residential entitlements, 82 acres of commercial development, 3 school sites, and over 200 acres of parks and open space. Additionally, in 2024, he started South Fork Homes to focus on building more attainable homes within the community. Last year, he built and sold 25 homes under $400,000 making them the most affordable new homes in Richland. He is also on the Board of Directors for the Tri-County Partners Habitat for Humanity. Darrin also spent several years working on public sector projects including City Halls, Fire Stations, Police Stations, Performing Arts Facilities, and Infrastructure projects utilizing the Progressive Design-Build delivery method. Richland Fire Station 74 was the first project ever approved by Washington state that utilized progressive design build. He has been a featured speaker at the Northwest Design-Build Institute of America, the Inland Empire DBIA, and at the DBIA National Convention. Early in his career, Darrin also had the privilege of being the co-founder of The Highpointe Companies in Rigby, Idaho with the great Brother Wells. Many of the lessons he teaches you come from mistakes he watched Darrin make! Darrin holds a degree in Construction Management Degree from BYU. He is married to Angela Sweeney and has 4 children. When he’s not working, you can find him in the mountains or rivers with a bow or fishing rod in his hands.

Visit their website for details: https://www.thewillgroup.us/about/ Tyson Williamson, CEO, grew up in Orem, UT and at a young age fell in love with the construction industry. As a young teenager he took his first job in the trades as a tile setter. This trade provided exposure and earning potential that created a deep love for all things construction. Tyson received his Bachelor's degree from BYU in Construction Management. Upon graduating Tyson began working in the commercial contracting industry for a large international construction firm. Over the years he worked for a number of amazing firms that helped him grow and experience many different aspects of the industry. 10 years into his career he pursued his Masters in Real Estate Development from the University of Utah and shortly thereafter opened The Will Group. The Will Group is a vertically integrated real estate development and construction management firm based in Pleasant Grove, Utah. Tyson is married to the love of his life, Audra. Together they are raising their 6 children. 5 ladies and 1 son. He loves sports, particularly BYU football, skiing, rock climbing and spending time with his family. Dave Driggs, Development Director, grew up in Rancho Cucamonga, CA playing whatever sport was currently in season. He enrolled at BYU in 2002 with plans to get a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management and subsequently receive a Master's Degree in Architecture. While working on construction sites to pay for schooling, he discovered that he loved the hands-on aspect of the construction process and decided to be a construction professional. After serving a mission in Mexico City from 2003 to 2005, he finished his schooling at BYU, graduating in 2009, and began his professional career. Dave is married to his wife Karin, and they have three kids together. He loves watching his kids perform in sports and music, and he loves taking family trips. When he has spare time, Dave loves to read books, watch shows with his kids, do family hikes and bike rides, and take walks with his wife.
