Let me start by saying that cartoon brew is one of my favorite websites. I visit almost every single day and this is my primary source of animation news and updates.
That being said, I am extremely disappointed to learn that the podcast format is just the host reading news articles, with very little inflection. I can get the same information by tapping the “read aloud“ button on my favorite text reader and have Siri read me the article. Ideally there would be more than one host on the show to have some commentary or back-and-forth about current animation events. Even with just a single host, it would be nice to have the information presented in a human form, instead of just read off the page.
I love you guys, but come on. This isn’t a podcast.
