Shoot Your Shot. (All Things Bray_Episode 26)

Most of us have dreams larger than life itself and we will keep waiting, waiting for the right time to come before starting. Waiting for that “big break” that will validate the effort you have put into your craft. The opportunities you need might not come to your doorstep, you just might need to seek them out. Look at it this way, in basketball, the more shots you shoot, the more likely you are to actually make a basket. The same dynamics apply here. Listen to this episode to learn what you need to know before you make that shot and why what will be, you make happen. Enjoy! 💜Bray

Think Kindly, The Project (All Things Bray_Episode 24)

My my, it’s been a minute. My deep apologies, like my friends would say, it’s the consequence of doing so much. No worries though, we’re back and we’re back for good. In today’s episode I give the explanation for our brief hiatus. I have just concluded a massive project and I spill the tea on how I was able to pull it off. If you’re a leader or you’re planning to organize anything at all, you definitely should give this episode a listen. As always, I’d love feedback Enjoy! 💜Bray

It’s Okay Not To Be Okay (All Things Bray_Episode 23)

Being down at some point is inevitable, we all have to agree to this. However, feeling guilty for that downtime is almost a certainty especially if you are a person with a lot of work to get done. Sometimes, even just showing up is not an option as much as you’d want it to be and this is usually a hard pill to swallow. It’s okay, it actually is okay not to be okay. We’ve all been there or we all will be there at some point in our lives. This episode is particular about giving tips on how to deal with a downtime and how to come out of one relatively unscathed when you’re ready. Here is the mental health support group link talked about (listen to understand) https://chat.whatsapp.com/DQVI9qLmQR7DkhUDYqYIRi Enjoy! 💜Bray

Striving and Thriving (All Things Bray_Episode 22)

Starting over in a new place is never easy, especially when you are totally by yourself in a strange and unfamiliar environment. I would know, I did it or I’m still doing it. In this episode, I give some practical tips on how I have been able to not only keep my head above water but swim ashore. Hopefully, we all would be in a new place at some point in our lives so this podcast will be your lighthouse when that time comes. Enjoy! (And share) 💜 Bray

Vibes and Inshallah (AllThings Bray_Episode 21)

“All work and no play makes Jack a dull boy” is a phrase we all grew up hearing, however Jack has become a man now and playing is still that tool that would make him a sharp man. With the state of the country, if you don’t find and catch cruise you’d continuously be torn between feeling fear and anger in equal measure. However, there are some things that should not be joked about, and in this conversation, topics that have the capacity of hurting real people are spotlighted. Vibes and Inshallah is an episode where Bray talks about what this phrase really means and how to find the balance between Vibing and Praying. Enjoy! 💜Bray
