I am an Exercise Physiologist and Wellness Coach.  I got my Exercise Science and Health Promotion degree from Florida Atlantic University. I’ve been helping people get healthy by developing lifestyle habits since 2010.    I’m passionate about helping others get healthy because I’ve had a scare with high blood pressure in my 20s.  It was terrifying.  I made the decision to get in shape and lost over 40 lbs.
