Psych You Out

I listened to 4 episodes and gave up. Essentially this is like listening two people just tell you what happened in the episode. I listen to podcasts for several shows and I think these women would do better if they did the same and figured out a better format. We have all seen the show. We do not need a beat by beat rundown of what happened. Most podcasts will tell a little about a scene and then talk about trivia, good quotes or jokes, point out little things most of us might have missed (from what I gather a lot of podcast reviews do several watches of an episode to prepare and obviously this podcast doesn’t), talk about their opinions, etc and then move onto another scene. Instead this one is 90% synopsis. And not well done at that. First of all it gets boring having one person do the whole thing - it should be split up. Secondly the second person chimes in with info that is either not important or is already being said but they just want to talk and so jump in and talk over each other. If you enjoy listening to two people tell you what happened then I guess you will like this. That being said I find people just straight up explaining the whole plot of a tv show or movie to be only mildly more interesting than describing their dreams. If these women were funny or witty maybe this could work but that isn’t the case.
