    S1E5 Yogi Breakfast Club with Bob Insley

    In Episode 5 I am so excited to be joined on the mat by Bob Insley. Bob and Be welcomed me into their garden for a 1m+ socially distanced chat. I was captivated by Bobs words and his take on all things Yoga. It was also great to get to know Bobs other interests.  Having been to one of Bob's workshops in the past I was thrilled to have the opportunity to sit down and have such a great discussion with him. He is very popular in the Yoga world and its very clear why, what a love of learning he inspires. Time flies when you are having fun and we spoke for quite some time, therefore you have an extra treat as this episode will be split over 2 weeks.
